You're creating content.

You're showing up.

You're putting effort into your work.

And yet, you don't see the growth you expect.

If that sounds similar, you're not alone.

This is the part nobody warns you about when it comes to growing your audience and income.

You can do everything "right" and still feel invisible.

The consistent publishing schedule, decent hooks, solid ideas... it's all here, and you're still stuck.

Here's the uncomfortable truth: creating content and being visible are not the same thing.

Most creators spend 95% of their time on the first one and almost no time on the second.

They write. They post. And then they wait.

Next, they wonder if maybe they need to publish more, write better, or try a different platform.

The good news is that you can turn visibility into a habit.

Here's what to do instead of just posting more:

The 30-Minute Visibility Routine

Three times a week, set a timer and do two things:

1. Leave 5 genuine comments on content in your niche.

Don't just say "great post!" — add your actual thoughts to the conversation.

Disagree with something.

Add a layer.

Ask a real question.

Five targeted comments takes 15 minutes and puts your name in front of people who've never heard of you.

This is how people discover you without the algorithm doing you any favors!

2. Share one piece of content — yours or someone else's — with your own take added.

If it's your own: pull one strong idea from something you've already published and share it as a standalone piece of content.

One insight, repackaged.

If it's someone else's: two sentences of your honest reaction is enough. That addition turns a repost into something you get known for because it's your honest perspective.

That's it. 15 minutes of commenting, 15 minutes of sharing. Done.

Publishing is separate — that's the work you do anyway.

This routine is just how you make sure your content doesn't disappear the moment you hit publish.

Here's why it works:

Commenting puts you in rooms where your ideal readers already are.

Sharing your take signals to your audience what you actually think, which builds loyalty over time.

Publishing keeps you in the game.

None of this is magic, but done consistently for 60-90 days, it compounds.

The creators who grow aren't always the best writers.

They're the ones who are consistently visible.

Start the clock and get to work.
